So Dell is opening their third call center in India. Part of me thinks that we are screwing Americans out of work and damaging our economy by outsourcing service and manufacturing. We are losing our edge. Another part of me says that having call centers in India allows Dell to sell PCs so cheap. It’s all about the bottom line.
